A friend has a unit in the complex, we visited, it has great river views. A 500m walking path. Large pool as well as a gym meeting rooms etc. NICE COMPLEX

The best is a great view of Chaopraya River, Recommended to book 1 bed room. You will get facilities as home but be careful the hot water at the kitchen sink. It was really hot!!
The mattress a bit too old, would be nice if the management do something about it. The reception are not really friendly but still acceptable. Will be back again.

Good hotel (room is big suite.old but clean and well maintained), Breakfast is also good. Hotel is next to Chaophaya river line very mice view. Olympic swimming pool.
I stay on Loykathong night..Good time.

Although dated and in need of a revamp, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed is the most comfortable I've slept in. However, I was shocked to find that if you want a second pillow you have to pay for it per night. I've never known a hotel to not provide two pillows. This was even more strange as I am staying here before and after surgery and will have to sleep elevated for a while. They know I am a surgery guest. There seems to be inconsistencies with customer service - the receptionist that was on duty on arrival was not very friendly or welcoming, and was abrubt and irritated when I asked to rent a second pillow. However, all other staff have been very friendly and hospitable. On another good note, the room service is excellent - they even folded some clothes that I'd left on the bed and left clean towels on the second day which some places do not. The cooling system works well and overall it is very comfortable. The pool is the best feature - it's huge.

The rooms were good in size. I felt like our room was nicely appointed. The services in the hotel are not very friendly. The shopping there is nothing to get excited about. The receptionists were very slow in dealing with customers. The hotel is quite far from pretty much everything.

This was our 2nd visit there in the last 4 months. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. Duty free products were also available to buy. Ticked over easy eggs on the order sheet but the staff or the cook didnt know what that meant. It’s a very pleasant place for stay.
