5/5 I had a pleasant stay in this place. So much value for the small amount you will pay. The free breakfast is pretty ok. The nearby stores are good and cheap as well. There's a nearby 7-11 so if you ever need sumtin, you can take a few mins walk to grab some stuff. The staff is amazing and friendly.

If ever I will attend an event at Impact Arena, I'll book this place again :D

The rooms look like a motel or even less like it. It's my fault I didn't read reviews from 3rd party booking sites when I booked our stay in the hotel, but we were very much unimpressed. The door doesn't look safe, like someone can get in anytime. WiFi is slow. There's no hair drier, nor can we borrow clothes iron at the reception area. Only positive thing, I guess, is their staff are friendly. Will probably not go back anymore. Better to book an apartment on airbnb.

Two of hotel receptionists seem not to be aware of the hotel facilities; returning very limited informative answers. Let's keep my negative for a few months; until June 2016, and hoping they are better.

Clean and convenient. Breakfast was included but it was not so good. Not much to choose from and only instant coffee. A good basic place to stay.

Fine place for the price. Not a great location for travelers. I only stayed here because a friend lives nearby. Breakfast buffet was average.

Good place to stay. We had it on a last minute booking. The room is good with toiletries. Food is not that overwhelming.

Nice people and good for a budget stay.
I had my qualms about the breakfast buffet but it was nicely cooked and had great variety.
