Worst KFC I have visited in Thailand staff are ignorant and ignored me while in the single line queue and proceeded to serve someone else from behind me that jumped the queue and made my feelings known but it was as if I was invisible. And by this time I had been there 5 minutes and was 2nd in the line and obvious from everyone else as being the only foreigner standing out like a sore thumb where not many foreigners go. In all it took me 20 minutes to get served, not bad to say I was 2nd in line. Well the place was busy but not full and eventually a guy came out to clean tables who did this by pushing and shoving chairs as loud as possible, yes we all heard you and your having a bad day ????????????I think its time for some re-training in customer service skills. I know KFC and stringent training methods in the UK but it gone a miss at this store. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!

Sometimes the teaste of chickens is not the same. Some branches are too salty and oilly.
