The pool decking is in poor condition, common areas need to be painted, and many floor tiles are loose. If you have a car, parking spaces are minimal and it's first come, first served. There is contract parking but its expensive.

What's prime about here is, it is quite conveniently located, especially if you own a car, you can go places with quite ease.

The juristic persons were out of their minds. Kindly asked for assistants but seems to ignore or just forgot. Unorganized. No collaborations with MEA or PEA in cases of emergencies or needs (at least in my case)

Good security people.

To come here, when it rains, could be a challenge for those who don't own their own mode of transportation, like car. Because the roads are pretty much flooded.
