This temple can be seen as the center of the Nakornsrithamarat civilisation. The primary Chedi in one of the oldest form of stupa situated the Buddha tooth. The temple is in great care and there is the museum in the Buddha Hall.

A must visit site not only in the region but in Thailand.
It is a Thailand tradition, there should be less number of merit boxes.

Nice place to visit and pay respect if you're a Buddhist when you're already in NST. There's also a museum.
