0ur fav hotel in Nskhon Si Tammarat, the Thai hotel, has survived Covit 19. It is the oldest hotel in town, right in the center. They have renovated the rooms and maintained their very reasonable rates. Not only their location but also in house covered parking is a great.plus. It is run by a thai-chinese family, as far as I know it is the second generation.

Call them and book a room because the better rooms are not with the booking sites

Definitely satisfied although I spent only one night here. I've chosen the fan room for ฿350 and I confirm that there's no hot water. Nevermind in my case since it was so hot and humid outside and all I was looking for was a cold and refreshing shower! Bed was huge and comfortable, powerful fan on the ceiling and good TV but only thai language channels.

Big building including a lot of rooms from 350 to 600 Baht, the cheapest ones don't have hot water and air con. Spacious room with a big bed and tv included. Fair for the price and the view. A bit noisy due to its proximity with the main road. It's ok for a short stay.

It's spacious. Has a fridge too. The room is clean and so is the bathroom. You'll get more than you pay.

Great budget place to stay in NST. 550 baht ($15) for their best room, quiet, large, has a table and wifi.
