Not stable wifi connection and very slow, toilet has very poor quality in decorations and painting on the sink is almost gone, no body cleanser in the container and shampoo was like jelly inside, no toilet paper and no bottle of water in the fridge.
It looks like more a 2 stars hotel than a 4 stars one.
Who gave 4 stars probably was drunk.
I'll never come back again.

Checked in late here as we drove from Prachuap Khiri Khan and heading south. Room was at 600baht and luckily we got a carpark right infront of the hotel, beside the futsal courts. Room was ok but later when we were thirsty, we couldn't find any bottled water in the room. So we called the reception thru our mobile phones as there wasn't a phone in the room but no answer to our initial 2 calls and then they unhooked the phones after that!!! We had to buy our own water from the shops outside as no one was available at the reception downstairs! The maid may have forgotten but the service at the reception was unacceptable!!! Never coming back again!

The room was a good size. The room was kept impeccably clean. The reception area as you enter was extremely appealing. Breakfast the next morning was great. It's a no frills modern style motel. Love the 42 inch flat screen and Wi-Fi speed is good. Location is quite a bit far from the main road.

Location of the hotel was awesome. Its the best value for what you are paying. I am always greeted with a smile. Air conditioning was very effective. The room we had was very nice. After doing allot of walking its nice to come back to a very comfortable bed. Staff was responsive to our questions.

I recom***d this place. Nice staff that helped us with everything. The suite we stayed at is really luxurious. Some front desk help are nice to further clarify. Housekeepers are very nice and environment around are Tesco Lotus, Twin loutus Hotel and mini mart. The hotel staffs are more than helpful and friendly. Fantastic rates if you are budget minded.

Stay here quite a lot for work purposes. The rooms were some of the best we have ever had. The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. The value for money is after in my opinion very good. Airport shuttle is available for advanced reservation.
