This was a necessary trip and fairly planned last minute. We had a wedding and over night stay at the location. The rooms were very clean, super comfy bed and the staff was wonderful. I will be going back for sure!

I held my proposal at this hotel
The staff were all very hard working and were willing to accommodate to all my needs. My fiancée and I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff that helped us made such a unforgettable and precious memory. ????

Nice clean hotel, rooms All staff were very attentive. Located in the heart of the city, next to lotus. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

Very comfortable hotel with a high level of service. There was a big wedding on when I went down for dinner and the GM was very kind in the way he offered me a quiet place to eat and generally very attentative. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice and the staff friendly, rooms were comfy and clean.
We were there for isolation before work.
Every meal was rice including breakfast (fruit and yoghurt would have been better), and some small portion of meat and a little fruit.
Later once leaving the hotel i found out there was a western version of the menu, why they didn't offer that up in the first place is beyond me.
Told them im allergic to banana, guess what fruit I got, madness.

Was using this hotel as a quarantine hotel before flying offshore. This hotel used to be top notch as it's one of the newest hotel in NST. After a few years, I can see the room needs to be deep clean in some areas. My room has spiders and spider webs in a few corners of the room. The staff has always been great. Room service is quite expensive but not too bad for this level of hotel.

Was here for quarantine. But the rooms are awesome. Clean and well arranged with all modern amenities.
