Good value for that price. Spacious room, clean, I think been renovated not long ago. Bed comfy and also, located in quiet street.

Good place to crash. Definitely Clean bed and bathroom. But *no frills. Only a super mini breakfast. Quiet area.. But with that... It's super out of the way. Not near anything like a 7-11 without a good walk. Need transportation. 20 min by taxi (if you can get one, since Grab taxi does not work here) to airport. But neat tidy place.

Clean Quiet and reasonable priced place to stay! Large Room and midsized Fridge! Easy to find just follow GPS GOOGLE! Or stay on main road past ROBINSON and watch out for the black and yellow sine! Very good Restaurant's along the main road with good Food reasonable priced.

Stayed 3 nights, February 2018.
Outstanding value for money, USD 9.50pn.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, light room, full size refrigerator.
Bathrooms large and clean.
Good complimentary breakfast.
Free tea, coffee, ice, water all day.
Very good garden surrounds.
Good location for visiting the Nakhon Wat.
Polite staff and attentive to requests.

The resort and their services are excellent. But as a foreigner and do not know Thai language, I encountered some difficulties to find the exact location without a signboard written in English. Google map only directed me to the main road nearby!
