In general good, solid B2 standard as in other places as well.
The room for 3 was spacious, clean, functionally furnished and in a nice, modern design (again: as B2 is...).
A pity was that when booking there was no indication of what time breakfast would be served, so, booked a room with breakfast.
On arrival realized breakfast only starts at 7am. That might be fine for people on holiday, but not when working/on business. And there wasn't flexibility to offer something a bit earlier.
Thus, on 3 stars. Simply for the rooms or general hotel layout I would have given a 5

Actually, the hotel was good if compare to the price. It’s clean and neat. But I would like to complain a little bit about staff because she gave my deposit to another person. Luckily that was my friend who stayed another room. I came down for checking out before my friend. So, the staff told me to wait for checking the room. I talked to my friend while waiting. After that, my friend (who got my deposit) came down for checking out also. I told him to check out because it took time a little bit. But when I looked at my friend who was checking out, I saw the staff gave money to him. Then, I walked there and the staff called my friend’s room number to return deposit. But my friend said he got deposit already. It meant that they gave my deposit to him. I was disappointed cuz I’m a lady but my friend is a guy. I think that It’s not hard to recognize. No one apologise. So, I think that this situation should not happen again to the others. Please guide them that they must pay attention in this role. Thank you

Location is very close to shopping mall and restaurants within 1km radius. Parking can be a problem as limited parking lots at the hotel grounds. Rooms are budget basic but very clean. Only issue were the very hard pillows.

Admittedly I mistakenly booked B2 Nakhon Sawan Premier instead of B2 Nakhon Sri Premier. And I arrived at the hotel in a different city. You see the city names are similar.

You would think, during a very low occupancy period they could at least transfer partially to the other hotel. Instead of prioritizing the paying customer at no additional cost, they would rather have all the income and be completely inflexible. They offered zero help and took the money whole. On agoda they're labeled as a 4 star hotel. One would expect some flexibility to a paying customer.

Worst b2 hotel i have ever been. The beds are hard like a prison. Can not sleep. Why does a hotel have prison beds hard like stones. Very bad place
