Good value for money in a good location. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds.

Worth the price. Maybe a little more than. Rennovated Chinese-Thai hotel?

Pros...
- Helpful management and staff
- convenient location downtown near night market (also a 15 minute walk to fancy mall)
- elevator (found a higher standard room nearby, but I was not willing to walk up four flights)
- very comfortable mattress
- cozy comforter
- some rooms have bath tub w/ very hot water (if you want it)
- door hasp (can add own lock), also to closet!
- free self-serve coffee 05:00-u003e10:00
- X2 quality bottles of drinking water, in glass botttles
- back-facing rooms very quiet
- view of Wat
- good cable TV reception and batteries working in remote

Cons...
- Air conditioner screens screwed tight (presumably no filters)
- only shower spigot delivers hot water, and since plug does not fit perfectly, you cannot get a full bath
- sink delivers cold cold water and spigot needs repair
- sanitizes drinking glasses not clean (many fingerprints - I suspect hot water and soap were not used) so the paper covers are theatre
- corner bar might mean front-facing rooms are noisy

Stayed only one night. Considered staying on but irritated elevator had no license/inspection posted. I caught my arm in it intentionally (to make it open) but it did not release as expected. It hurt. Likewise I was annoyed at City redoing sewer covers and leaving dangerous big holes open at night: unlit, unmarked, unprotected.

Old hotel that get renovated. The location is super. Close to the flower marketu0026street food areau0026old terminal bus station. Room is adequate, no frills. We couldn't complain at all given the cheap room rate.

From time at front desk,old lady couldn't care less,shower was either boiling or cold,no in between, nozzle only 3 foot off ground,not suitable for farang,western breakfast was very average,who eats raw onion for breakfast,no tea available, no dark blinds for sleep,only positive was fairly close to most things

Seems to be a new owner, restaurant closed for good, car parking behind the buildning, shower still problem, alternate from to hot to cold to hot and so on. Is OK for a night stay if you are on travelling

we was there for one night with Baby.
Room not really clean. In Bath trowel from last guests. No watercooker.

If you only go for sleep it's okay.
