The new design is much improved, with a decent shower head and water pressure, and a bedside light switch you can now reach from the bed, in these newer properties.
I downgraded the rating because the a/c was not clean, and smelled quite bad, when first switched on.
Also it's a pity you are still sealing the clothes hangers to the rail such that guests have to stretch your clothes to fit over them, which also prevents you from hanging something on the utility balcony to dry / air off in warm fresh air.
The new property in Maha Sarakham had a clean a/c, although they have replaced the wall lights with ceiling downlighters which are too bright. Please stick with the wall lights.
In Pitsanulok, I was given a room next to the lift (room 404), and could hear the lift machinery and the car movement through the wall. Thankfully they managed to find another room when I came back from outside, later in the evening, but I was rather annoyed that they were ringing around to ask customers if they were still intending to check in well after 6.00pm, the official automatic cancellation time, as they couldn't initially find me an alternative room.
