Thanks for the hotel manager, we finally got the room with working air-conditioning, but it was the third room we checked-in! On the second room the bedsheets were dirty, with previous guest's hair. Aircon didn't work. And the first room (no working air-conditioning) the window was to the stair. The last room was good and comfortable. There were refrigerator, tv and kettle.

It’s ok for stay overnight here. The room looks clean, but i got itchy in the morning and during the night can hear noises from other rooms.

Ok for overnight stay ,value for money price per room, parking, refreshments onsite eateries all round close to Central shopping Mall, Universities, short hop to city centre
