1. I waited for check-in around 8pm. I called to hotel phone number. Reception said that she will bring the room key to me very soon. In fact, I waited for 15 minutes!
2. Hotel posted the telephone for complain, but no one picked up the phone.
3. I lived in room #201. The socket plug at working desk is 2 holes. Therefore, cannot insert notebook plug to socket.

Very good bed (soft), receptionist was a little cranky. Room has some minor design flaws, like the doors with French blinds pointing in the wrong direction. So water that reaches the door will wind up in the room.

Cozy place for chilling and hanging out with friends. Nice coffee shop and good taste coffees, they have few interesting cakes choice here.

I believe they change the name to “Kham Jit”
Clean, good service, minimal vintage design. very mindful and detailed in every little things like decoration. We took food from outside and eat in the little area, but they have the coffee shop ( same owner i believe). That coffee place down there looks so nice. If you consider to stay here, please also be mindful and respectful because they are small business and very low key vibe no fancyu0026 loud sketchy people. If you are looking for the quiet room to stay with minimalist style, this is a place for you. me and my family also book rooms at “Triple B” (another guest house) near by as well( owned bu the Same owner)
