Really wanted to like this hotel for its good location and shuttle car to The Mall. However due to too many shortcomings I do not recommend it. Breakfast buffet was only available on one of the days during my 3 day stay. Even then it was very limited. The other too days just rice soup with small pieces of chicken or fried rice.
Random power cuts during the stay made the room unlivable.
Giving 2 stars because the bellboys were very polite and helpful.

I feel fortunate to stay here for three nights, sandwiched between The Mall and a huge night market. Therefore, you will never be bored.

As for the room, it is clean, large, and comfortable. The breakfast is ok. But the front desk offers a big surprise: all of the young ladies speak fluent English.

Will come back next time.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very affordable yet the quality of the rooms and efficiency of the staff are not compromised. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wifi is fast and the tv channels are complete.

Kudos to the staff for being warm, competent and gracious. They exemplify the true Thai spirit.

The hotel is walking distance from The Mall and there’s a night market next to it if you wanna have a midnight snack.

I hope they maintain the quality as I plan to stay here again.

Good staff. Staff will do a lot to help you find what you need. Next to the mall. Makes it easy to find good food anytime you want. And at night there is a open night food and entertainment market behind the hotel! Will go again

Good value for money. Staff helpful but limited English spoken. My main complaint is about noise. There was a late night concert outside hotel with laser show. Not contusive for a good night's sleep

Loved it. Excellent hotel, new facilities, good breakfast in great location near mall with plenty of food outlets. Great value. 100 baht taxi from new bus terminal. Highly recommended.
