Carefully for the price. We were looking for a place to stay overnight just 1 night, we had arrived at this resort very late night no guest. so we had walked in to this place and we met the old lady sit infront of resort... very lound noice from a TV. She said Price of the old building 1200 THB, new building 1400 THB included breakfast (just little same as another review) so we negotiate after we have seen the room for a new building for 800 THB without breakfast. she agreed. So u guys if u stay at this place over than 900 THB even with breakfast might be they overcharged u.
