Overalls are old and crowded. I saw the pictures of every rooms they have before booking and it was very nice. The pictures show all nice and new rooms which are totally different from the reality. Every rooms are old, except for California room that is the newest from all. Me and my family were in room that called Rim Num 2 and 3, and California. The California is fine and pretty decent compared to others. But my room, Rim Num 2 is OLD, also it is near the river side which is very crowded with people from the opposite site. I’m pretty sure this place isn’t for people who want to rest peacefully because I heard lots of noise while sleeping; dogs, children screaming, and people hanging around the river site. It’s just ok if you cannot find any place in the weekend like us.

In the middle of nowhere. Wanted to rent a scooter and the two woman at the front desk said the place is sold out, so I asked if they could call another scooter place and they weren’t trying to do that. The room was nice and clean.

We were a group of 4 and we stayed in a room for 5 persons. We noticed that the exterior of our block was very dusty.

The room was very big but was a bit stuffy when we first went in. The shelves in the room were also dusty. We found some black bits and pieces on the beds. The sink in the shower room leaked. The shower tap was also 'wobbling'.

Breakfast was okay. There were fried eggs, sausages, cereal, thai style boiled rice and dishes that you would expect at breakfast buffet line.

Price should be cut down for 20% cos there's only 1 official (seldom seen) at night which hardly get promptly helping.
Anyway, it's awesome breakfast.

Room is a bit dated and cleanliness can be improved. Staff is friendly.

Too crowded and noisy but environment is good. WiFi is no use pls fix this.
