Reindeer Park Resort

It's Christmas every day of the year at Reindeer Park Resort. It's a few hours drive from BKK through rather remote areas. There are arrival drinks and the reception was friendly. The reception hall was clean and air conditioned. To get to your room, you could be driven in a golf cart or you could ride on the many bicycles available to use. The rooms are named after reindeers . Cute and quirky. The pool side room which I was in was immaculate, clean and spacious. It looked well maintained. The daily breakfasts and dinners were sumptuous. The event hall was also well appointed with good AV. There are many basketball, tennis and volleyball courts here. Overall, had a wonderful stay here as an escape from the bkk hustle and bustle. It ain't luxury 5 star but it was enjoyable.

The accommodation is not very clean. The SERVICES from the manager and front office are VERY POOR, no service mind. But the maids and bell boys are nice, still "NOT RECOMMENDED!"

Nice picture for promotion, but the reality is way different. The hotel isn't aged well
The room wasn't clean. Only a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The shower outlet in our room was clogged.
The breakfast offering was very disappointing. Everything was cold. No fresh coffee at all. (maybe due covid?!)
Finally we left without breakfast...

BTW, the hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere, even no 7-11 nearby. So a car is obliged.

The only positive part was the quiet night.

Excellent place. A lot of facilities incl. swimming pool, tennis, basketball, and volleyball court.
Staffs are nice and helpful.
Nice environment.
Variety choice of delicious breakfast buffet.
Free bicycle provide.

Pros
New resort, rooms are clean, staffs are nice.

Cons
No water running in the morning, unbelievable.
Worst part is a staff who made omlet used her fingers to move the omlet to fit in my plate, cant believe it happened. Hope they train their stuff to concern more about hygiene.
