This dam is so clean. I didn't expect that it will be so nice. The dam looks normal as usual. But after I travel with the boat by spending 400 baht, the nature is awesome and clean. The main thing of tourism attraction is not how good it is, but how long it will be always as perfect as now or how far it will be better. The location has good view. As suggestions, using hiking slippers is the best choice as it's adventure travel. Preparing rain coat is suggested because sometimes it's raining. There's shop for food or coffee. Toilet also is provided for 3 bht only.

The longest and largest dam in Thailand. Not too far from Bangkok, you can enjoy here with the view by golf cart (driving by yourself) Shuttle Bus; you will have a tour guide , Boat Service will take you to the waterfall (recommend on May-Jul) during summer time there is a few waters. Last tour will be around 17:00. Around area there are foods and drinks you can buy. No need to buy a ticket in advance. During COVID, the officer asked you to check the temperature after got the sticker you can passed to go up to the dam.

The largest and longest dam in Thailand and said to be the largest concrete dam in the world. You can rent an electric golf cart for 350฿ for an hour(usually take 30-45mins) or 30฿ for the tram or walk on the dam to get stunning view of Nakorn Nayok and the reservoir with beautiful nature. There's also a boat for visiting the beautiful landscape and waterfalls (highly recommended) for 200฿ per person or 1500฿ for a private boat only with your group.
Free entrance fee and free parking. The area has many beverages and food stalls, large parking area but very crowded on holidays.

One of the most beautiful dams in Thailand. Not so far from Bangkok. Lots of space for family gathering. At first everyone has to pass a checkpoint which is right-side of the entry. Then you can go back to the entry point. Ample space for parking. You can take bus ride or golf cart with a hourly price of 350b to get a tour on the dam. Ideal time to visit is in rainy season .

At first instance arriving to the dam, you get the feeling of fright by looking at the gigantic size of the dam, like it's about to fall on you or something. If it's the first time you have seen something this big. After you feel contempt to explore more then a while feel assured to awesomeness of the engineering involved building this. There are small boats that can take further down the lake There are two car parking spots on top of the dam and down below. You can not walk through the dam on top, only up to front part of it. Covered by Tropical trees all round coming to the place..

The dam was vast, very scenic. There is a long-tail boat ride, cost 200 thb per person. There is also private boat ride for 1500 thb. The boat trip is 2.5 hrs long. My family and I rented the golf cart to travel across the dam wall and take pictures from the view points. The golf cart rental cost 350 thb for 4 seater and 500 thb for 6 seater. We can rent for 1 hr. We spent about 50 minutes on the golf cart. Very relaxing evening at the dam.

One of the most beautiful dams in Thailand. Not so far from Bangkok.
we take a boat tour on the dam lake and it is 200 baht per person, foreigners pay 300 baht. enjoy the beautiful view.
