Well kept and yet still raw. Hire a guide from the Tourist information Centre of Khao Yai National Park and you will be surprised how much you learn from this short walk. The fees is depending on the time and distance you want the guide to be with you and your group’s size. We paid bht.1000 for two walks over 3 hours (including Nong Pak Chee as well). The walk is easy, not for wheelchairs though. Kids friendly and not slippery at all. It takes about 30 minutes to finish the whole loop (that’s without admiring the flora and fauna)
Our guide name is Khun Cha-lard (คุณฉลาด). We communicated in Thai, and he was super knowledgeable. No blood-thirsty slugs nor nasty flying insects for this trail. I saw some young ladies walking about in short pants and they seemed to be ok, leaving the trail unscratched
Enjoy the nature and please do not litter. Be a responsible tourists ????
