This hotel did not provide anything as per ad from the internet. No refrigerator in the room. Very poor service. If you ask for ice they will charge you. Breakfast is poorly provided with lousy rice soup. They asked us to pay up front on the first day plus deposit for the room key. No changed of towels or cleaned the room . We will not return to this so called resort, the name itself is also misleading. It is not a resort. We paid too much for this mediocre hotel. Giving one star is too much. We stayed from Sep 4 and 5 ,will leave tomorrow. What a nightmare!
One more thing because there is no fridge in the room, they said we can put our things in their refrigerator, after we complained about being charged for ice , the owner locked the room so we cannot get access to our things. So rude.

I am currently staying here (Dec 9th, 2018) and so far so good. The room was/is clean, good air con, water heater and very friendly staff and willing to help. In case you do not like the mattress, just flip it. On one side it is rather hard and on the other a bit softer. When we booked it did say that breakfast was included but it is basically just rice soup and coffee plus toast if requested ????

The minuses, I encountered big cockroaches, you get no toilet paper and it is random if you get a fridge and water ... oh and you get 2 very small bars of soap and the so called towels are really just a cross breed from fleece and a sponge.
The last day there we were the only people there and we hoped we could check out about 1 hour later (we were 4 people in 3 rooms and stayed there 3 nights) but no, we had to pay an extra night for 1 room and as we left the woman smiled and said "I hope to see you again" ... that wont be happening!!!
