From the start the lady that runs the hotel was friendly and full of really useful information about the town and surrounding area. The rest of the staff are more peaceful but sadly do not decide on anything. The room overlooked the busy main road in Krabi and despite double glazing was quite noisy.

We stayed there for around 12 days and it was really nice. The first night were a bit loud due to the chinese new year festival, but the rest of the time, the room was totally fine. My fiancé sadly caught a flu during our stay in Thailand, but the owner of the hotel helped us out a lot. (She drove us to the hospital for instance.) The hotel is located close to the riverside which is nice since from there you can take a boat to Railey Beach (which is basically one of the nicest non-private beaches down in Krabi, as far as I think). The tickets for the boats can be bought to a fair price at the hotel and the trip doesn't take to long. (20 minutes +-). There is a rich offer of restaurants around the hotel which is really cool since you can have a lot of variety of food. Furthermore you can book a variety of different activities at the hotel like a trip to Phi Phi, a cayak tour through the mangroves and more.

The rooms are clean and we had no trouble at all (concerning the hotel or the owner). The bathrooms are small and the toilet and shower are only seperated by a curtain which seems a bit strange in the first moment, but actually it's no problem at all (That's nothing unusual in Thailand!). There was a refridgerator in the room which is a nice to have.

The owner was really friendly and willing to answer every question or give us some tipps to make our stay in Krabi nicer and more relaxing. We were absolutly satisfied with the hotel!

Came in to dined before hiking the Tiger Temple. Loved the atmosphere, music, service and food was amazing. The thai iced coffee was delicious! I got the banana pancakes and was not disappointed. Ms. Bhashinee was very sweet and hospitable.

The location was fantastic to anywhere you wanted to go. Rooms in the hotel are very clean. The best part is the convenience. The staffs were all very professional. Its definitely worth the price i pay for. There are much nicer places in the town centre at around the same price.

I suggest not to eat there coz there are ***y nice places to eat in Krabi town. Plenty of good walks ***** the river and ***groves 9tip: watch for mudskippers at low tide. The lady owner is a wonderful hostess and was very happy to help us and give good information on Krabi.

We found our stay was well worth the money. The location of the hotel is very conveniently located. Basically, their hotel associates are quite helpful for my stay. We left our shopping there, ask for recommendations, guidance, help etc and they were more than willing to assist us.

We went here, and had te worst breakfast in Thailand so far. The down side was the food was really horrible. The lady was very rude (staff) and the breAkfast. As we did not have a place to stay on our last night, we moved to the City Hotel.
