Comfy and clean. Good room and nice staff. The sound of the street will wake you up at 7. If you dont mind then its the best place to stay.

I booked it through an agent. Hotel is very good and all the basic amenities are taken care of by hotel staff. Cleanliness and large bed size was added advantage of booking this hotel.
Initially, The hotel staff was helpful and they showed us our rooms. Tbey showed some tour plans as well. Once we booked the plan they all changed. They were not at all helpful and they refused to listen to us.
Even after informing them beforehand and well before time, they didn't arrange for any vegetarian item in breakfast except butter toast.
They even didnt manage the tours properly.
Overall it was not a good experience due to hotel staff.

The building is just a simply concrete, brand new building with the blue theme colour. The room is big and spacious and so does the shower room. Rooms are good size. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The staff are nice and there's a great little coffee shop next door.

The staff are helpful. The hotel is nice it's just the location, lots of local food (no English) but supermarkets. It's 200b to the centre but it's nice for a short visit. The staff will try to organise your transport if wanted. They do day trips to phi phi and speck English to help you with any questions.

The staff are most helpful and approachable. The owner is every day presents and helps you in any case of questions in a perfect English. Personally, I don't use most of those things in a hotel room normally, but we really felt that it made an impact because we were so far away from town and had instant noodles for a few dinners.

previous comments on the lady on the reception is unfortunately true. she is not the most friendly one. when we wanted to ask some questions concerning the tour times etc., she was very unfriendly. accompdation was good though. the eggs are always cold during the breakfast. i think the chef (f) prepares 100 eggs at once and just serves then on a demand basis. could be improved!

The hotel is out of town and is way over priced. Breakfast is terrible and in a parking garage the lady didn't restock the little option that was there. Rooms are really great. The staff is very helpful and supportive during our stay. Very convenient for a traveler like myself who has their own car.
