We spent 4 days in Krabi taking the tours and want to say thank you Bigtourthailand for these amazing days. We went to local 4 islands, had barbecue on ko Hong on sunset, ko Rok island, and James bond. Service, food and boats was so much better than we had 3 years ago in Phuket. Team is very helpful and friendly, everything was always just in time, boats and snorkeling equipment are new. We are very happy and recommend, especially ko Rok and sunset bbq is must try!

Finally can leave a review! We went to 4 islands tour last year by longtail boat with another local company, and impressions were not even close to what we experienced this time with BigTour. Everything was so much better organized . Comfortable pick up with miviven, variety of food, helpful team, new snorkeling equipment. We will certainly book our next trip here!

Amazing tour! So many pretty places to take photos and relax! Guides were brilliant helping you get the best of the photo ops, including pics of us holding the Island up, and diving down to get photos of the clown fish on my phone for me. Alot better than expected, and would definitely book again next time Im around. I was worried the time would feel rushed, but it wasnt, it was lovely:) 5***** thanks guys!

Will take your money and not show up on the morning to pick you up. Worst part is now you've waited for them it's very difficult to book something else for that day. Doesn't respond to phone or email after they have your money (I will have to do a chargeback).

Do yourself a massive favour and don't book with Big Tour Thailand. If you've already booked, get a refund or do a chargeback and book something else from the people in the tour offices along the streets.

Booked a Phi Phi by speedboat tour. Booking online super easy, prices are legit. Pickup was 15 minutes late, but overall ok. Boat captain, local staff on the boat were very friendly. My sister is a very bad swimmer, tour guide was looking after her during the tour. Can't remember his name, it was boat number 39. Big Thanks from our family for the great time! Recommended for all island hoppers!

We were looking for an inexpensive tour to see as much as possible, as we were only 2 days in Ao Nang/Krabi. After research we decided to book with Big Tour Thailand and their local partners. We cannot recommend more these professionals. Everything was great. A very good service-price rate. We were picked up from the hotel on time (8.30 am) and went to a pier close to the see. A meeting point where the provider create groups for the several tours. They serve small snacks, water, juice and coffee. We start with first desrination of 4 of the day. Before this we were informed about behaviour on the boat, animals and islands we will visit. Everything with seriousness but also nice humor and good english. On board we could grab fresh cold softdrinks (free). Later the day they serve lunch buffets at the beach of Poda Island. Plenty food with vegetarian options. We had time to enjoy the beaches 30-45 min. Each island and snorkel in front of Chicken Island with amazing fishes. For people who want to enjoy long sunbaths and snorkeling they should book private tour. For people who wants to see much in short time and are happy to dip into the water shortly and a little sun bath this tour is ideal. In total we were very sarisfied with the service and would do it again. Local partner today was very good and funny guys. After the tour we were brought back to our hotels.

DO NOT BUY A TOUR FROM THESE GUYS. They cancelled my trip last minute twice, and then no shuttle showed up on the third attempt. Now that I've asked for a refund they've gone silent and they are ignoring me. Numbers posted on the website and the ticket are not in service so it's impossible to reach them except for by email.
