Very nice new hotel. Even if it is not near the beach, they offer tuktuk rides for free 4 times a day to ao nang beach. Staff is nice and can speak english a little, but it is enough for all the basic things. There is very nice secret beach very nearby.

Hidden gem just off the main road. 24hr pool which the kids loved. We were after a quieter spot rather than the hustle and bustle of au nang. Beautiful beach just across the road with lovely little eating places along it. Staff were great at organising and sorting things. The kids loved the kittens they had.

Will definitely stay here next time in the area. The staff were so nice and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Significantly, the room is really clean. The amenities in the room are very good. Transportation is very easy by public transport. The location was incredibly easy to find.

From arrival to departure we were well taken care of. Rooms in the hotel are very clean. The pool itself is pretty boring. Its very expensive for what you get. The location of the hotel is a little out of the way. The restaurant pricing is very odd. Room was nice.

Breakfast - boring just something to fill you up. Not worth the price we paid. The waiters are not friendly at all. The pool area was horrid in my opinion. On arrival, the young *** did not help us at all. By today's standards, not a particularly enjoyable visit.

The room we had was great. Probably the worst part for me is the disappointing breakfast. The location of the hotel in my opinion was not particulary interesting. Food at the hotel is rather expensive as expected. The pool area is a mess. Fantastic customer care from start to finish.

Location pretty poor. There was a lot of banging outside my door throughout the night. The services in the hotel are not very friendly. Meals were very expensive in the hotel. Had to wait in line for a long time, not good enough. I won't stay here next time.
