need very careful attention to reserve this resort. landscape was wonderful, but services from resort was worst I never seen before. staff some are good but one of them was upset at me, cause I could not understand the place name what she told me. (Aonam and Aonam mao. It sounds same to me)even I could not get her name at all. When I ask her name she just ran away.

Worst place i have ever stayed the staff are the rudest pieces of s*** i have ever come across.

Bell boy wouldnt help life luggage, Stuff stolen from room, wouldnt return bond paid for room because they couldnt find it the cash paid some how that was my fault and the food is the worst on the island.

Avoid this place at all costs good luck if you dont.

Nice Hotel
Good breakfast
Warm staff.

Yes getting off the long boat with lugguage is a small challenge but locals help :)

Your gettin into an island ..
Carry a backpack instead of a suitcase

Food at the restaurant was great. Far more expensive than anywhere else I've visited in Thailand but I guess it is attached to a resort!
Beach views are amazing!!

We had a brilliant 3 ni8 stays at Sand Sea Resort and Spa at the heavenly Railay West Beach..Grand Deluxe room was more than awesome with beautiful ambiance..huge bathroom..minibar and all modern amenities..staffs were very helpful and kept everything clean all around..Wifi was good but slower in room as the resort was huge..Highly recommended for all visitors of KRABI...

no alcohol or pork in this restaurant. Plus "cashew nut chicken" should be called "ketchup chicken" here. Not recommended!
