We stayed here for one night before visiting the Elephant sanctuary, though I wish we stayed here longer! The rooms have beautiful views of the river and mountains and you can kayak and feed the fish. The pool is very relaxing and quiet, with a bar, (between 4-6pm) is happy hour!! We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our server was Smile who made us feel relaxed, welcomed and all of our needs were accomodated for. Would definitely stay here again and for a longer period of time for our next stay in Krabi!

This hotel photographs well, but it has a lot of issues once you arrive. We had frequent power outages and the water was off all morning as we tried to get ready to catch our flights to Bangkok. We’re all flying pretty gross right now (no showers, no flushing toilets all morning). We ordered room service, the food was ok. We would have cleaned our own dishes after we were done eating but there was nothing to clean them with. We asked the hotel to get the dishes out of our room and it took a long time and our room filled with ants eating the food. On our way out I asked the hotel if there was anything they could do to make things right. They offered to wave our 150 bht shuttle fee to the beach. We never went to the beach in the shuttle. The lady working at the front desk was very nice but I do not think she was empowered to deal with our situation with enough authority to give us a discount.

Very lovely, clean rooms and absolutely spectacular views, saw lots of little monkeys running around. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. Only issue with the rooms are that the aircon units are quite old and took a long time to cool the rooms when we first arrived.

Was also great to see the fish, swimming around in the pool outside the balcony. You can buy fish food from reception to feed them.

There wasn't many staff around the pool area, pool bar wasn't open so had to keep walking to the main restaurant to order drinks.

It is worth noting that its difficult to get around if you haven't got a motorbike or car, the staff will use the shuttle to take you no Ao Nang beach but at a price and was not easy to book a regular taxi.

It would be useful if the shuttle was more regular on the evening :)

I loved this resort. Our accommodation was perfect. Service was fabulous, the staff could not do enough for us. The children loved the big swimming pool and feeding the fish in the lagoon surrounding the rooms. Beautiful location, which I loved as it was tranquil and different to the beach. Ao Nang beach and loads of restaurants were 7 mins away by motorbike, or alternatively the hotel offers a free shuttle service. Very happy indeed.

We stayed here the last couple of night and it was fantastic. The staff were lovely and the resort was fantastic. An oasis of calm away from the noise of ao nang. Great value for money also

Beautiful rooms and location is stunning, only problem is it is overrun with monkeys who clamber all over the balconies first thing in the morning, which we would have known as they stole items off the balcony. Reception should place a warning sign so guests know to not dry clothes overnight.

Location is not convenience for sightseeing and also attractions. However, hospitality is good and very quiet to enjoy your holidays. There are always small bugs in room, also monkeys make noises in early morning. These should be improved.
