Elephants are house elephants not from forest
They are like family and well treat
Owner make sure they eat well and full

You can select 2 choices 30 min or an hour
Really recommend to go with an hour
It was fun and entertaining
The view on the top of the forest on the back of elephant was stunning

Truly worth it

What an experience to bathe an Elephant.. or feed one.. seldom have I seen here anywhere in India. Had a good time.. must do especially if you are looking for some activity with a child along.

We had a Very Bad experience
Elephants went uncontrolled during the ride despite the mahoots trying to control them, giving us jitters.
We find the sanctuary better as the animals are not forced to take passengers on their backs

Jungle trekking on Elephant and feeding elephants is awesome. Just remember to wear full sleeves and long pants, apply some mosquito repellent lotion and you are set to enjoy the breathtaking views.

The review from Mona Ganesh is not describing Phunaka krabi of Thailand! She did not visit this place, she visited AO NANG SAFARI! So before writing a review make sure you are actually writing about the correct place you went to!

Phunaka krabi of thailand look after their elephants very well and they do not do shows with the elephants or use hooks on them!! The area is clean and the owners are absolutely lovely so please dont let the review of Mona Ganesh put you off as its not about Phunaka!
