Our room was clean and everything worked. The staff on duty was professional, helpful, friendly. However, not having a kettle, cups, iron in the room was a nuisance. Breakfast was basic but not at a basic price. There was one non-meat option available - toast. Some crockery items and utensils were not clean. We had breakfast only once and didn't bother to order other items from the resort's restaurant.

Phu Panwa Resort was amazing for me. I booked this one from Agoda. Receptionists were really helpful. The resort was clean and quite. It's on one end of the Krabi so either they'll drop you first or at the last from the airport as the road is like a U shape. There breakfast was really cool. You can rent bike from them to explore the city. I booked some tours also from there and they were cheap by comparing with the others. Overall their service was really awesome.

This Resort is located at a place like scenary. Very good and cordial behavior from the staffs, they seemed to be helpful in every matter. Just one thing more English speaking personnels should be at the counter. Buffet breakfast is fabulous, good combination of Local and Continental food.
I enjoyed my stay here very much.

We stayed here one night only, and for that long is OK. The bungalows weren't something special, and thus we found a lot of trash outside our door (we did a late check un, so they hoysekeepers had more than enough time to clean). Far from everything, the only advantage it's that is a very quiet place. The Hotel doesn't offer a shuttle for the airport, but 4 times per day they do for Ao Nang District Center.

Very bad sevice.
1.Shower pressure level very low.
2.Toilet water outlet always stuck.
3.Hose for washing laying on floor .(holder mounted very near to floor.)
4.After 3 times complaint made only action taken.
5.Pool side bar wash basin very dirty.
6.For extra matress .The cost 600 baht.
Basicly this is a budget hotel.

Quiet setting. A bit far from the busy Ao Nang Beach. Next to cheap 24 hours Supermarket. Rooms and other facilities met my expectation with price charged.

For cheap stay, this is the place. Beside this hotel have market "super cheap". Food u0026 all things is cheap. This resort very far from Ao Nang beach. If u say u can walk, doesn't sounds good.
