the position is really convenient. the room is big enough, the bed is actually really large. the bathroom is OK, hot shower and everything. most of all...the woman at the reception is really super nice, she always tries to help. she gave us nice suggestions and even when my boyfriend wasn't feeling OK she came with us to the clinic (which is 1minute walking from there so in case something happen is a very good position). also everyday she would clean the room and change the towels. just a little bad thing is that it doesn't have a fridge, not even common, but plenty of markets nerby.

Phi Phi is party central so of course there will be loud bass thumping with music at the center of town--this is one of those places. It's of course not the owner's fault, but be aware music was extremely loud from a nearby bar until midnight/1am all 4 nights we were here, with colourful lights flashing into our room because there was no curtain to block the light. We were up the stairs in room #4.
The price is cheap for Phi Phi so you get no toiletries OR water (no water even though booked through Agoda which showed free bottled water). The room was basic but clean. TV provided which had a handful of English channels.
AC worked well, there was a tight mini fridge, open shower with hot water/great water control in washroom. Owner was friendly. Room small as expected, 2 hangers provided for clothes, other than that you must get creative because there's NOWHERE in the tiny roomed to hang anything.

It's not a nice place. No windows, lumpy mattress and pillows. Just a dingy noisy room. Clean, but the mattress and pillows, I don't want to think. I moved even though paid for the room. Manager was nice though.

I th8nk it is 0.01 star. bathroom size room. Far away from beach. Very inner. Like bunker. Guys don't go on photo. Ther are fake. There many hotel near beach in same price

Tiny rooms, super loud club right outside the window, no front desk service, no toiletries, no closet/space to put your stuff. Great location!

Small room, but neat and tidy. Very central and was perfect for our stay

Not good place to stay. But generally phi phi stay is costly as it's small island. But this hotel is not good, smelly and not as per photos in the website. Not recommended.
