Living accommodations are fine and are right next to a market, which is convenient. There's no elevator, so if you have multiple large bags and you're on an upper floor then it's a big inconvenience. The younger staff speaks some English, but the older person who we encountered did not and was rude to the point of ignoring us and shooing us, even once we used Google translate to ask our question in Thai.

Checkin was a bit confusing as they had no way to look up our booking, we had to present our booking email (and rate!). Cash only, no credit cards but there is an atm around the corner. We were in 307 which is a big room with a double and a single bed, a balcony facing the street and river. Very clean, no complaints at all with the room with exception of the shower which can't be used 'hands free'. Free wifi, airco, and a mini fridge which only has power when the key gives power to the room. Breakfast was in a cafe across the street, choice between 'american' breakfast (eggs, sausage or bacon or ham, toast, coffee) or asian breakfast (fried rice or noodles with choice of protein)

The hotel was full booked even we did our reservation 1 month before. The stuff smelled alcohol and was drunk.
