Overall good place.
Good location (near the sea road and an open air shopping center), no stairs to climb, nice yard, clean, welcoming and friendly stuff.
Showers basic, but with hot water. Pool nice, but not suitable for swimming.
Rooms are advertised as suitable for 4, but only 3 will fit; 4th bed will require extra payment and huddling like Sardeens :-)

The pool very nice, plesent, and no time limits, we can swimming during the night. The environment is quite and clean. The bungalow clean, ac, TV, water heater, coffee, water. Very, very nice.
A little far from the night movement.

Very friendly and polite, sweet staff! Really nice food at very reasonable prices and super cool rooms with AC. Also even when getting taxi's and excursions from companies outside of what they offer, they were very helpful and didn't mind calling to confirm bookings etc. If you're a family mainly here for beaches and not going to venture far this is perfect. For us it was quite far from central Ao Nang (about 40 minute walk) but we could handle it. And it's just a 2 minute walk to the main road where you can get buses and taxi's.

Tropical ambiance with the most adorable puppy. The rooms are clean as is the pool area. The rooms are quiet except on boxing nights where the match can be heard in the distance. All the staff were very helpful and you can easily book trips from reception as we did. The staff at this place are some of the sweetest people we met during our trip.

Clean, nice, mini bungalow. There is pool, but sea is better. If you want to spend time more private, enjoy the beaches (almost alone). 4 stars because they need some renovation (especially in reception), vegetarian food is not easy to order and eat (very spice). Safe is not works. Good location for people who wants avoid the bars sounds and night life. If you want go to city it takes 30 minutes by walk.

This place was very clean but not worth the cost. It’s definitely a two star hotel. If this place read decorated the rooms and gave their place a little bit more love than it would be good. The people are very nice and helpful. The way the room was decorated made the vibe feel a little depressing... you can find something for the same price or even cheaper that is a lot nicer.
