Roms are large and relatively clean though with the occasional smelly wafts that seem to be consistent with many Thai hotels.
Little Home is just 5mins walk to Ao Nang main beach and there are plenty of excellent restaurant options handy including KoDam right below.
Little Home Hotel Staff however were disinterested and incapable.
Two problems with room (in-room safe constantly needed resetting and air conditioning not functioning properly) went unresolved despite telling then each morning. Yet upon check out they were reluctant to refund out 500 baht deposit as there was one teaspoon missing from the room (true!).
In addition hotel website is somewhat misleading:
A) There is no in-house breakfast option. Instead we were sent to a hotel next door for breakfast, which was terrible. Odd also because reading other reviews many say how good the in-house restaurant breakfast is. Though was non-existent during our stay.
B) Website homepage also offers a "pool and fitness centre upgrade" at the Ramada hotel adjacent - though the Little Home reception staff only looked blank at me when I asked about it and showed them the website offer. They haven't a clue.
Is it possible however that the Management has changed recently as the excellent reviews I have read here and elsewhere weren't reflected during our stay?
Would not recommend this property.

The room was really spacious, we had been upgraded to the family room. There was a confusion with the laundry. We wanted to use their service and left the laundry in the room. When we came back we found out that no one picked them up. Apparently you have to leave them at reception. It's a bit far from the main street and the beach, 10 minutes walking. They also have a restaurant , but the options are limited. It was nosy in the morning because of some construction work going on near the hotel. The air conditioning was really noisy.

I wanted to say bunch of thanks to the hotel staffs, they’re kind ,friendly and very helpful. First time In my life, a person showing me how to use the safe in my room , and everything. When we going back , shuttle bus has forgotten our booking , we asked them to help us to call the number , and the number no one is picking up and another one cannot be called. End up, they had call for us nearly about 30mins, the shuttle bus office finally pick up our call, thanks god, we didn’t late for the flight . Very good job, and keep up the good services and I will be back if I coming to visit this beautiful place again .

Awesome place! The Ao many beach is a 15 min walk from here and you can go to Railay beach from there by boats. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is free from 7:00-10:30 AM. A good experience overall

We glad that we book Little Home for our Honeymoon trip. Special thanks hotel staffs and Manager, Mathilde for the wonderful arrangements.We enjoy our stay and good memories here. The room was spacious and basic amenities. Location was very close to Aonang 7-11, night market and beach. Breakfast was well serve and hotel staff was helpful to help us book the famous restaurant Lae Lay on top of our busy day trip. Will recommend this to my friends and family to come again.

The room offered more than what is expected. Comfortable, spacious and most of all home away from home. The staff was accommodating to any inquiries and requests we had. Breakfast simple but yet delicious. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Prior to my visit, Mathilde has been very proactive in attending to my emails. The room was quite spacious. We stayed at the top floor, and could enjoy a perfect sunset from the large balcony every night. Would recommend L Resort if you book earlier but the price will be higher.
