Very quiet, great to see mangroves these sizes. There are quite a few monkeys which makes you feel a little on the edge the whole time. But they were not big (when we visited) and seem to clear the pathways for us. The entrance was next to a building site so a little messy. We could see a little bit of the twin peaks from at end.

Free to enter. Easy to walk thanks to elevated footpath. Big mangroves that are well-preserved, quiet, and peaceful. There's observatory tower with only 5 min walk from the entrance where you can clearly see surrounding mangroves, jungles, karsts, river and Krabi town. A lot of wildlife including colorful birds, crabs, and more.

A local has warned us about aggressive monkeys but we didn't find any. In case anyone find a large group of monkeys in the way, she suggested to avoid confrontation and turn back as they may try to take your bags and valuables. You can prepare umbrella or anything long to shoo them away if there's not a lot of them.

Easy walk along a boardwalk through mangroves. Lots to see if quiet- we saw monkeys, kingfishers and heron plus mudskippers, water monitor and butterflies in the middle of the day. Suspect there would be less to see if there were noisy people around! Some info signs in English. Free to get in. Definitely worth a stroll if you like wildlife.

Came here after visiting Tiger Cave Temple. There’s a small visitor center/toilet at the entrance. Nothing much to see besides mangrove.

Nice outdoor walk in krabi town. It’s a bit dilapidated but you can see some cool wildlife if you look carefully. It’s shaded, cool, and very peaceful because hardly anyone visits. Flat, paved path and free to enter.

The Urban Forest is one of the best attractions of Krabi town. It is nearly a kilometer of catwalk through a tidal mangrove swamp, with identification and description of the many plan u0026 animal species that make up this strange ecosystem. It's shady on a hot day. It is hidden behind the Department of Marine u0026 Coastal Resources office, and ends at the river between two limestone outcrops. DMCR staff are very welcoming.

Within Krabi town. The place is currently under renovation. Still a very nice place to walk about and learn a bit about the mangrove swamp habitat. Cool, quiet and relaxing place
