Recently had an MRI and the doctor failed to give me the full feedback. He overlooked the radiologists findings and told me I was fine. I was not! This is the second time the doctors have failed me with poor feedback from vital scans. Shame as everyone else and the place itself are wonderful.

The facilities look clean and modern. The staff are very helpful and can speak decent English. Just slow down when speaking with them. I came here because I've been having knee pain everyday since I fell from a bicycle. I had MRI and I had to wait so long (5 hrs or more) for the MRI and result. MRI costs 6,900 Baht and it doesn't include doctors' fees and medication yet. Be advised that it can be pricey because it's a private hospital with no long lines. They will require you to buy the medicines in their pharmacy. Overall, I paid almost 10,000 Baht and the explanation of the result is okay. I just hope my knee will get better soon.

There's a cafe inside the hospital if you want to have snacks. WIFI didn't work for us though.

The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. I came in to deal with a monkey scratch and was immediately brought in to see an English-speaking doctor. I had to go back a few times for follow-up treatment, and each time went just as smoothly. I really appreciated how clean and nice the facilities were, as well.

Please beware that this so called “international” hospital does not only provide staff who barely speak English, they also charge foreigners with a 100% surcharge on the same services as provided to Thai nationals. Having a dual pricing model for healthcare is not only a disturbing business practice, it also poses serious ethical and racial questions.

Presents itself as a private hospital. In fact, the most disorganized hospital I've ever been to or heard of anywhere in the world. Bizarre.

They charge you 600THB for a rapid antigen test whereas it cost you 80 THB for the same test at the pharmacy next-door.

The W.H.O. made it very clear that RT-PCR tests are the gold standard with a 97% accuracy. Rapid tests have a 70% accuracy at most. However, I had to wait more than 1 hour for the results which suggests it was in fact a RT-PCR test.

Quite fishy for an international hospital to give this type of test or to be providing a receipt for another test. Perhaps they can brush up on their english ????????u200d♂️

I've been here before in 2016 and 2019 for dengue fever and for an unexplained virus. They charged 27,000THB for two days stay with tests (1 night).

Nurses were sweet and smiled. The use english was moderate at best so that made me feel uncomfortable.

Krabi town is a small village after all. I wouldn't rely on the words "international"

Visited this hospital as my 9yo sister had high fever while we were visiting Krabi. The staff was very professional and spoke decent English. They took good care of her, properly examined everything. Hospital was spectacularly clean and maintained. Our insurance company uses Eurocross for assistance and due to their existing cooperation the process was flawless when it came to payment. It took a while for our insurance company to confirm all the details, but they paid the bill for everything without any complications.
