Disgusting! We booked for 2 nights and didn't even end up staying one.
The pictures on the booking sights are a lie! The rooms/pool look nothing like the pictures.

The room was filthy with dirt and even bird poo inside. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with grime and mold. The toilet didn't flush. The basin tap was dirty, had mold, and was also broken.

How do you sleep in a place and trust their bedding is clean and hygienic when it looks like that???

I'm used to back packing and this so called 4-star hotel is worse than some hostels I've stayed in.

0/5 rating. It really looks like the hotel has been abandoned and owners no longer care. Would not recommend to anyone.

The hotel it′s clean with big room. The rooms are all absolutely stunning. The showers were a comfortable pressure. Our suite was kept impeccably clean. The food was very good there. Surprisingly, there are some nice small local food shops around the hotel. I appreciate staffs who did best for us.

You will sure appreciate your stay, money well spent. We definitely got value for our money. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Rooms are generally a little larger than your standard hotel room. The people working in the hotel is very friendly. Fantastic customer care from start to finish.

One star off as the address for this hotel is wrong on some.platforms however the hotel staff very kindly fetched us for free as the incorrect address was not far from the actual address. Great place to stay for a few nights, hotel staff are very friendly and front desk will help you organize a lot of what you need like scooters and transfers. Tiger cave temple is very close. Also love the free morning coffee tea and hot chocolate and biscuits.

I found everything to be clean. Staff is friendly. The hotel was only a few minutes from shopping,resturants etc. Not far from the airport. My room had ceiling high windows which overlooked pool area. We got a great price for the room. We were impressed the minute we walked in.

I thought my room was very clean. The amenities in the room leaves nothing to be desired. Went out of their way to make our the stay exceptional. Centrally located in the middle of everything. Transportation was offered to areas of interest. The price was pretty reasonable for the hotel.

If you expecting hotel walking distance from the town, this is not the one. The location quite far from the town, but the they provide free taxi to the town at certain time. But if you want go to airport or pier, just tell them when, they will provide taxi for you for free. You also can rent motorbike from the receptionist. Everything about the hotel is perfect, except the location.
