Really enjoyed staying here. Management is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. WI-FI coverage everywhere on the property. Close to all the action. Can’t wait to comeback.

If you like to swim, to cool off or exercise, Cozy Place is very good hotel. The pool is big enough to swim laps. Cozy Place is in the downtown. The night market is only a 5 minute walk or 60 second motorbike ride away. You can walk to the river front in 8 minutes. It's my favorite hotel in Krabi town.

Unfortunately, I have never met such a rude management as in this hotel.

When I kindly asked the management at reception to charge my phone for few hours (electricity is not working if you are not in the room), she rudely declined and said to leave my phone charging by the entrance door, even though we wanted to leave to explore Krabi. Calmly I told her that I'd prefer to leave it with them, she angrily grabbed my phone from my hands and just dropped it on her desk without putting it to charge.

Then we wanted to have breakfast and they just dropped the toast on our table, and didn't bring us any fruits, even though everyone else had it. It was quite a comical situation as when I asked them about that, they said we had fruits already.

We were also not allowed to dip in the swimming pool at 7:57 PM, even though swimming pool closes at 8 PM. I would be absolutely okay with that, if they would have said it nicely to us, but they were not friendly at all. We were also with swimming suits and towels already, but were not allowed to go in the water even for a minute.

You are not allowed to stay in the property after check out, therefore you will have to carry your luggage with you even though your plane, train, bus is later in the evening.

Bed was very comfortable, and each room clean and had a nice little balcony, it is also centrally located. The cleaning ladies were friendly with others, that I appreciate.

Unfortunately the management is so incredibly rude, that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was a life saver during covid times. The owners are a nice young Thai family. The hotel has a good pool for relaxing and exercise. You can have a poolside room or an upper floor room with a balcony. The hotel location is central to Krabi town and riverside park. I stayed there for three enjoyable months. It was a great value. It's my favorite hotel in Krabi town.

A friend of mine and I stumbled on this place by chance and we couldn't have been happier. The rooms are excellent and so is the pool. Hotel service is adequate but does not oblige to extra request. Close walking distance to Krabi town and all the great little thai restaurants. At the end it was a fair value for money.

Have stayed multiple times. They are always wonderful, rooms are nice. Pool is perfect, and the overnight security is an awesome bonus.

Large room, good sized pool, adequate breakfast and a convenient location. The rooms are very clean and modern. The staff are chatty and helpful. They also rent a scooter which I took advantage of and drove to Ao Nang and the Tiger Cave Temple. There are many cafes and, restaurants and bars nearby. The night market is a 5 minute walk. This was a pleasant stay.
