DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM unless you want to feel STRESSED and SCAMMED. We booked the one-way ferry to Phi Phi from our hotel on the previous night at 9pm. Before proceeding with the booking the travel agent made a call in front of us to confirm there were still spots. Then pick-up at 8:00-8:30am at hotel was confirmed for the ferry leaving at 9am. On the following morning at 8:30am they called our hotel saying that the transfer would not pick us up anymore and we would have to get to the pier by ourselves (tuk tuk suggested) or either change our ferry departure to 2pm. I told them it was not fair and that they should arrange a tuk tuk for us and pay for it. They refused to do so, informed that there would be not refund and when I started asking politely if I could pass by the shop to talk in person they stopped answering. In the end we had to pay the first tuk tuk (100bhat/person) we could find to get to the pier in time. At the pier the real travel agency that manages the ferry told us that 9am ferry does not exist from that pier, the 1st ferry leaves at 9:30am. They also told us that Krabi Artemise Travel called them that morning in the last minute to include us in today’s ferry and, if they were sold out, we would not be accepted. Simple like that. Krabi Artemise travel agency does not care about our plans in Thailand. Unfortunately this is a very bad image to tourists as we will doubt about every tour agency from now on. While we came here for vacation, we have a feeling that we can’t really relax in regards to service as the providers are always trying to steel from tourists and nobody else is punished besides the tourists.
