Hotel that COULD be so much better. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious, pool is great. But that's about it. Breakfast is terrible (take option without it), hotel seems so empty, almost like in horror movie (empty spaces, empty white corridors, etc). Staff does not really speak English.
Location is good, 5 min to night market, 10 min to beach walking. Bad thing is arena nearby which can get pretty loud on fight night. Also, walls are thin, so you can hear anything on the corridor AND there is a window above door letting light in - so if you need really dark inside, this is not a place for you.
Weak 4 stars, considering price is pretty good (about 500tbh a night) for the area and its rooms are nice.
Across the street is great food vendor - cheap and tasty run by a very nice family.

This hotel is a little far out from anywhere but it is clean, friendly and affordable. It will take 10 minuets walking to get to any area where things are happening. We enjoyed our stay here, it was great to get a little peace and quiet after exploring the busy nightlife of the main high streets. if you have a vehicle it's a great place to stay. it's very family friendly and a non smoking hotel, which is quite rare. if you hire a scooter, motorcycle or car you will find this hotel a pleasant place to stay. all excursions for the ***y day tours can by picked up from this hotel meaning if you plan well you won't actually need to worry so much about to remote location.

Fine for a couple of days. Breakfast is simple but with all that is essential. Met some nice people there during our stay. The entire property was spotless regardless of the time of day. The location of the hotel is a little out of the way. Enjoyed the easy access to public transportation.

A nice and quiet hotel to be. I wrote a letter to the ***agement to compliment all the workers. Loved the layout of the room. Arriving at the hotel, the front desk was extremely nice. The housekeeping did a fantastic job on a daily basis. Staff is polite. Great price for all you received.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to my expectations. Personel does not speak english, wifi is only near the reception possible to catch, there is no lift in the hotel, so we had to carry on out luggage up to the 3rd floor and the toilet was stinky all the time (and smell was coming into our rooms). When you see the walls and the glass surfaces you can see that they are not cleaned for a certain period. I still think that hotel is nice and I would come here again, but i would check future comments and see if something is changed to better in the meanwhile. It might be a better place with few simply changes, if the owner would like to apply some of the comments in the reviews.

Only 1 sun lounger not broken. Pool area dirty (pool itself was clean). Hotel totally empty - think were were it's only guests! Long empty corridors. Avoid this hotel, many nicer ones around. Such a shame as it could be so nice.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel before starting our big adventure. Helping us to get into the main drag etc. The staff were probably some of the most friendliest hotel staff. At the cleanliness - everywhere there was nothing to fault. Transportation in the area was pretty easy.
