Stayed at the swimming pool access villa for 3 nights. The room is very nice as well as the cleanliness. The breakfast is rather bad, croissants were from 1 or 2 days ago and were exposed under sunlight, which made them hard and uneatable, as well as the bread. I asked staff whether fruits were cleaned with boiled or bottled water due to bacteria, and they said they were cleaned with normal tap water, which is disappointing in a 4* hotel. We utilised room service twice and it was difficult for staff to communicate with us via phone, due to that they placed 1 extra order we didn't ask for, and didn't even signed for. When it came to check out and pay for our bill, the receptionist tried to charge us for this order which didn't even had a signature from me or my partner. Rather than make things easy and smooth for us, she got angry at us and start speaking in Thai in a rude way without even looking at us. Again, not a treatment I expect in a 4* hotel. We were in a hurry to the airport with our taxi waiting outside but she obviously didn't even bothered. Wouldn't recommend this place.
