It's a nice and new hotel. The personnel is great: always available, very friendly and very helpful. The location is simply fantastic: it's at the end of a promenade - there's no street between the hotel and the beach - it's really at the beach. There are two nice pools (one of them over 50m long, so perfect for training, the other one at the beach bar, perfect for party). The fitness centre is very good as well. The cleanliness is superb. The rooms are specious and neat but a bit generic. Only the prices for food and drinks were somewhat on the high side. Anyways, I'll be back. :)

Lovely quiet hotel next to the beach. And easily reach to high street but yet far enough from the busy tourist places. Food is good but a bit pricey. Two lovely pool. The one at the back is big and great for kids. The double- double bedroom is good for family of 3-4. The bed is big enough for 2 persons.
Service is good.

The hotel is in a very good shape one of the few hotels with a direct access to the beach. The hotel offers a great breakfast, water slides and a big variety of rooms to choose from. The staff here are great and we asked for half an hour later checkout and we got it free of charge.
The location itself is 5 minutes walk from the main Street and bars.
This hotel hosts a lot of families and children so if that's something that bothers you pay attention

Thank you Centara! Good service - the staff seem to enjoy working here and naturally greet all guests with a smile. Rooms are large, well-designed and well-appointed. We had adjoining rooms which was fabulous. The breakfast is good and staff manage the ebbs and flows well. It is right on the beach, yet just a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurant strip.

Great place to stay with a family. Breakfast was always really great with a changing variety each day, i just wish there were more vegetarian options.

I took off a star because there were staff members in the restaurant area borderline harassing me during two breakfast services. They didn't speak a word of English so they were just shouting in Thai.

Beautiful hotel, and a very good location. On a beach and 5 minutes walk from the main street.
The kids club very small and only for young children.
They say they have 3 restaurants but in fact only one is working all day.
One is only for breakfast buffet.
And Pizzeria that not open.
The pool is nice.
The room look nice, the children part of the room is a bit stuffy, and appear bed is too close to ceiling.
When we ate at the beach bar and they completely mass up our order.

Horrible. I don't understand the good reviews. This is our worst hotel of the 3 weeks of vacation (and by far the most expensive: 75€ per night). We wanted to treat ourselves for the first time in our vacation to take a top-of-the-range hotel, but this one is terrible. Holiday club canteen style disgusting breakfast. We wanted to swim this morning in the pool, no towel available before 11:30 !!!! Even asking at the reception they were unable to give us a towel so that we could bathe. When we arrived yesterday the room could not be ready before 3 p.m. and the sheets were wet. Low end. And the rooms are not soundproof. A complete scam. We stay 2 nights for 150€ and it is the worst 2 days of our vacation. To flee !!
