Beyond Resort Krabi

One of the worst 4 star hotels in have stayed in.
From arriving to leaving nothing but disappointed with our stay and would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
The resort was very quite and was best at 20% full yet they wouldn’t let us check in early after been awake for 24 hours travelling.
When we did check in to our room it was dirty, we had no hot water for two days and the general standard was poor.
There is only one restaurant / bar open on site which closed at 10pm so after that you couldn’t get a drink. The rooms mini bar’s where empty and room service stopped at 10pm.
The pool closed at 7pm. There was three whirl pools however none of them where working.
To top our stay off my husband is diabetic on his blood sugars dropped in the evening I went to the bar at 10:05pm staff where still there cleaning up however they wouldn’t serve me for a regular coke to try and increase his blood sugar. Room service or hotel reception wouldn’t help and we had to coke to a 7/11 which was completely unnecessary.
On a positive the beach is lovely. There is a great restaurant next door to the hotel that does great food.
If your looking for a good 4 star hotel don’t stay at this hotel you will be disappointed.

Great place next to the beach. Food is also good with prices a bit on the higher side but not too high. Swimming pool is big and well maintained. We had villa rooms that were spacious and great bathrooms. Definitely a place for everyone to had a good time and within budget. The staff is helpful as well.

Absolutely the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. Modern, tropical resort right on the beach with crystal clear lukewarm water. The service is incredible and I feel so cared for. Wish I could live in this paradise and melt away in its tranquility and soft ocean breeze.

Breakfast was below expectation, pool very good, beach access excellent. Room definitely needs some modernisation, bad smell in bathroom that could not be eliminated by housekeeping. Room could do with a very thorough clean and was perhaps in condition we found because of 2 years of covid shutdown? No real excuse.....

Two nights in hotel with a private beach in Krabi ????????. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful views and right on the beach with a huge pool. Great food and service with plenty of activities.

Spacious and quiet rooms. I can’t wait to come back.

Great location! You can enjoy the wide open sea from the restaurant and seafront rooms. Big room and bathroom. Many small islands on the middle of the ocean are seen. You cam walk accross the beach and enjoy the serenity.

1. Had checked in late around 1:30 a.m., didn't find anyone at the reception.

2. Their room refridgerator doesn't work properly (even after putting a water bottle for good 6 hours, it was still at room temperature). After checking they said this is its maximum cooling.

3. Charged me 50 baht for an ice box, haven't seen any hotel doing so.

4. The reception people aren't very comfortable with English language.

5. Room arent well lit, even after switching on every light, it was dark. They need to improve and make their rooms more vibrant.
