We were very impressed by the resort. We booked online, saw pics, but thought it was better than we expected.
The hosts were great, the breakfast was excellent , and our stay was very relaxing.
The place is very close the everything, food , shopping, bar's and the beach, but still quite and enjoyable !
We like rustic and relaxing, and got it all.

The hotel makes a very clean impression. The executive suites are to die for. The best French toast and eggs we have ever had. The room had an outdoor bathtub that was truly unique. There was a TV with a bunch of recent movies preloaded. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to spend a few days here.

A little worn out from the perspective of the rooms. I was surprised by the size of the room. Breakfast was amazing. Our room came with Free Wifi. Mins walk from the main shopping area. The famous hilltop restaurant and LayLaeGrill just nearby only. The landscape were beautiful throughout the day.

My girlfreind and I stayed here in January 2017 and let me tell you, what a unique experience it was. Service is there number one priority. On the outside is a clay made dome powered by solar energy with a cozy, mostly handmade interior , with a spa bath underneath the bare sky. Was worth every bit of my money for the experience. Will go again one day, the owner is an absoloute gentlemen great human being.

Every staff member we met gave us a friendly greeting and a smile. Room sizes are the biggest feature. I particularly enjoyed the bathroom with the open ceiling over the bath tub. We would fully recommend this accommodation if you are looking for something private and a bit different while in Ao Nang.

This little "hotel" was one of the biggest highlights of my 2-week honeymoon in Thailand!

Nestled around the corner from the main drag in Ao Nang near Krabi, the Baan Dinlamun Resort and its adorable clay hut style rooms (hand built by the owner!), offered a quiet escape with a romantic, rustic atomosphere and exceptional access to everything the area had to offer.

The rooms are simply, but creatively appointed and each one has a private, open-air bathroom, shower and bathtub. The room inside is well air conditioned and nicely thought out, roomy without being too large and very clean and comfortable overall.

It should be noted that the "open-air" design of the bathroom area means exposure to flying insects in the evening and the occasional spider web in the rafters. However, if you're not a ridiculously squeamish type traveler and keep bug spray on hand (an absolute must in this part of Thailand anyway), these unique bungalows are just about as romantic and natural feeling as it gets!

The owner and his wife will eagerly help you if you need directions, suggestions or assistance arranging travel in the area. However, they do their best to leave guests to themselves most of the time and every morning the owners prepared a simple, but absolutely refreshing breakfast served right outside our door on the covered porch. Although not authentic Thai selections, the food was some of the best we ate on the entire vacation!

While it may not be a "resort" by big city standards, Baan Dinlamun is certainly a special place where a couple can truly get away from the hustle and bustle without feeling too far removed for a fun evening out on the town or a stroll on the beach.

I would love for this to remain our special place, but it's truly too unique to keep a secret. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stay at Baan Dinlamun Resort. Highly recommended!

You won't miss it Location wise it is quite convenient as it is only about. Breakfast is delivered to your door is a brilliant touch. The attention to detail carries over in the owner's almost-doting service. I don't remember what we paid but it was affordable for the area. We would highly recommend this place for couples.
