Amazing place for relaxation. Great breakfast options. Lack of an elevator for higher floors making huge luggage a slight issue for the higher floors. Most staff are very friendly. Provide shuttles to the markets and airport. Rooms are spacious.

Couple facts first: Balcony overlooking the road which turns quieter at 9pm, completely silent at 10pm. The room is super quiet - we stayed with 2y old for couple of nights. Baby cot provided. 15 min walk to city centre, 5 min to 7 eleven. There's 1 small restaurant nearby open till 22:00. Wifi solid stable, they had to reset the router once :) Breakfast basic but sufficient.

Now the really good things: the staff is awesome, insanely helpful, and they understand English - even with more complicated sentences which is often times troublesome in the town itself. The Superior room was beautiful, bathroom luxurious in comparison to other more expensive places we visited in Thailand. Coffee surprisingly good for such a basic breakfast buffet.

Situated at the quiet end of the road about 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The staff is amazing. Downstairs was a lounge and breakfast area where they served pretty good breakfast. We used the pool at the sister hotel for free which I would definitely recommend doing as there is not much else to do.

Very good! This is a quiet place. It doesn't have a lot of rooms. It's not very close to the city center, but there's a free shuttle that takes guests to the market and downtown.
It is cheap and the room is good-sized and clean. Wi-Fi is alright. The bathroom is too small but okay.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

A lovely and relaxing town and hotel! Friendly staff who are willing to go out the way to assist you. Clean room. Only issue were the thin walls, so at times you will hear your neighbors but other than that great place

The hotel provides free shutle car to the center to amazing evening market. Don't misunderstand me, our room was clean enough but the hallways and staircase were in need of a good cleaning and painting. About 10 minutes walk to the main town night market and the night food stalls (reasonable priced) ***** the Krabi River.
