Front desk: 5 stars! They were so attentive to my request to pack breakfast as i had to leave early morning the next day. They also prepared a nice surprise for my birthday under my boyfriend’s instructions. Very friendly staff overall!
Housekeeping staff were very fast too.

Restaurant: 3 stars. The staff try hard to cook good meals but service isn’t friendly and when asking them for help they gave a look like it was troublesome to do it…..

Room: 3.5 stars. Sorry but it had a musty smell especially in the bedsheets.
The jacuzzi we booked was not private even though it advertised to be a private jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is a long one shared by other rooms in a row.
Price of the room was really value for money given that the location is perfect and the room is spacious.
I would really like to come back but I hope the hotel can work on the things above and they will be perfect!

Very good hotel in a good location in Ao Nang. Staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend the pool access rooms. Room was a good size and well maintained. Nice sized bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Very good breakfast with a great choice of both western and Thai food, omelettes and other egg dishes cooked to order by a member of staff. Overall a very nice and relaxed stay.

We decided to check out straight away after arriving. The room was dusty, tired and full of mosquitoes (both dead and alive). The service was good and the staff were pleasant, even offering alternative rooms which were unfortunately also in a similar state. The location is great, close to the beachfront and other shops but the state of the rooms offered left us dissatisfied.

Amazing location in the heart of town, and one of the comfiest rooms I've stayed in for a while. There was a minor issue with aircon requiring maintenance, but in this, and throughout my stay, staff were attentive, communicative, and focused on minimising disruption. Genuinely the most lovely, welcoming and just plain brilliant people I've stayed with in nearly 2 years on the road. 5 star customer service. Could not rate more highly!

I visited Krabi in Aug 2022 and this was my 2nd stay in this resort (1st stay was in 2018 before it renovated in 2019). I must say that now it looks a lot better than my previous stay and i came back because their restaurant is halal-certified. Although I do need to give feedback on some areas that they can improve on: 1) TV channels were boring. Expected to see some channels like Hallmark, BBC, Fox or Disney. None of these were available. Some of the news were being replayed over and over again. Some were in non-English languages like French and Italian. Basically nothing worth to watch on TV (no movies at all!). 2) Each guest was only provided with 1 bath towel. No face nor hand towels. 3) Less toiletries given (no toothbrush or toothpaste). Other than these 3, service at reception was good.

Bad food, mediocre beach, and the room lock system is terrible and constantly kept failing. We were locked out of our room because the keys didn’t work. The rooms were decent, but the safe was broken and there was a lingering mould smell. Location is terrible, only available food in the whole area is Indian cuisine. Not worth the price by any stretch of the imagination. I recommend a hostel in railay beach, or one of the many islands.

Booked the family room for 2 nights, price wise slightly high at 4500baht/night but for the location I think is acceptable.
Right beside McD u0026 Watsons u0026 Cafes

Inside the room, the wooden bed frame is annoyingly huge and unnecessary. Also you might get uninvited mosquitoes coming in from the balcony, especially now is rainy season.

Breakfast buffet is ok but seating area is quite packed, many ants on the table too. Not many choices of food, would recommend to have soup noodles/khao yum/sticky rice/curry selection.
