We came here by chance and we enjoyed our stay. Great location. the room is simple, spacious with air conditioning and private bathroom outside. This pleace is ideal if you look for something simple on a low badget. The owners/staff are friendly, always smiling and very helpful.

Very clean and huge room (double bed, sofa, table, fried, TV). Great location and good value for money. Owner was a really friendly woman and booked all our tours and bus. Nice roof top area out the back, but was often quite noisy with people smoking and talking loudly when they came back late at night (it was right next to our room).

Nice quiet hotel in the midst of ao nang, Clean rooms, helpful and kind owners, everything worked in rooms, great air con, cheapest booking could find to koh lanta too, great location about 400m from beach, I highly recommend this place!

Worst hotel...only thing is good in the hotel is the location.. everything else is just a complete waste..dull rooms....ac not working...and nothing good

Price of room should be 15$ per night. Very old. Not 3*
