Great location... Rooms not clean

You get what you pay for with this hotel.

The reception area is lovely, the rooms basic but with everything you need and a very comfy bed and pillows.

Lots of ants around the bathroom.

Free bottled water in the rooms which get replaced once empty, Just leave the bottles outside.

Receptionists staff were helpful, but speak very little English so can be difficult to communicate.

Read a few reviews that said the music from the bar next door kept them up... not sure what part of the hotel they were in, but we could see the bar just opposite of our room u0026 we couldn’t hear the music when going to bed.

Would for sure stay again - check out the ‘first restaurant’ opposite!!

Pretty clean air conditioned room on third floor. Still recommend ear plugs just because of the nature of the building. Lots of tile, noises echo in the hall and stairway
The large ductless heat pump style AC keeps the room at any temperature easily, but produces noise as well. The small refrigerator is also noisy, but with ear plugs the comfortable bed and clean bedding was a pleasure.

I really wasn't too crazy about this place. The reviews were great, and I ended up a bit disappointed. First, I arrived without comparing other local hotels and found this one to be around 100 baht more expensive. Second, the room had concrete holes for ventilation at the top which allowed smoke to come in from the neighbors, a really loud motorbike seemed to come and go many times throughout the night and a local bar was blasting music. Lastly, the bathroom wasn't in very good shape with a slightly broken shower and a totally destroyed towel rack.

I would definitely recommend looking around as there are a lot of other hotels in a one to two block radius.

The staff was very friendly and get the best deals on transportation to the ferry or to the airport. All the reviews say the rooms are clean, but i beg to differ. Body Kneads massage is a couple of doors away and does a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend it and we will be back.

If you're looking for somewhere close to the night markets and downtown scene of Krabi with AC, this could be for you. The rooms are clean, especially where it counts (bed, toilet, and showers) albeit a little older now. There's better bang for buck around with AC. The front entrance staff is very polite and let us look at the room first - I recommend this so there's no surprises.

Mature female receptionist (miaw) was excellent and only person you could get any sense out of. Rooms are very clean. For breakfast you will have to go out but this can be find easily. Krabi has a great atmosphere and is a good base for seeing the islands/getting to/from Bangkok.
