Great temple with gingery colors. So many docile and lovely dogs in the area. Also have a nice chedi that you can go inside and some statues and life size diorama.

Not open today as its 1st day of Songkran. My bad for visiting the Wats today. Wonder how is tomorrow?

A beautiful temple on the outskirts of town (Khon Kaen)
Nothing too much out of the ordinary here, but it is a fine temple in excellent condition and the interior is particularly striking.

Easy parking within the temple grounds, which are quite large.

Within these grounds are gardens and a number of interesting tableaux. You may well bump into a monk who wishes to chat ............. in Thai.

Recommended, and easy to find with a map and car.

This temple is quite far from the city centre so the easiest way to get there is by car or motorcycle.
The temple grounds are quite spacious and the main building is quite beautiful. Well worth a visit.

This place is the most hospitable place I know so far.The Monks are so friendly and the Wat's architecture is wonderful.
