Nice place, very good location. The tea pot is very big. Before this place was open 24 hours but like many other places now has a more reduced schedule, they close around 20:30.

I didn't stay at the hotel, I was just attending a seminar so the lunch we had was probably budgeted so I can't really comment on it, except to mention that all of the supposedly hot dishes were bordering on cold.

They do have a coffee shop attached but the coffee was one small step up from 3 in 1 coffee, which, if you have tasted, is not good. The croissants were ok and relatively cheap (22 Baht) compared to the 65 Baht they charge for an Americano. The staff are friendly and helpful.

On a side note, take out a mortgage or bank loan if you intend to drink here.

I love all staff. They have very good manner. Good Breakfast. Nice and clean room. And Fitness available here.

This hotel delivered a clean room and bedding, spotless bathroom and basic furnishings. Although the room was not large, it was comfortable enough. The bathroom and shower were clean with no mould. Plugs were available, as well as a hairdryer but the mini-bar is sparse and no safe was provided in the room. Breakfast (served on the first floor) allowed you to order from a menu (not buffet), and this came a little slowly, but while you wait you are served toast, jam, coffee and fruit. During my stay I had reason to use the conference facilities on the 8th floor - staff there were friendly and efficient and the conference room was well - appointed. Airport pickup and dropoff are available (25 minutes if no traffic), and the hotel is only a short walk from a seven eleven, various small restaurants and cafes.

Functional rooms with decorative but useless shutters on the bathroom. Breakfast excellent, however. Best in class in Khon Kaen.
