Tops is the only delicatessen shop in Khonkaen with various kinds of imported high quality fresh stuff. Of course the pricing is also accordingly.
Their bakery is also successful.

Very expensive, low qaulity. The stuff in topps is the low qaulity products we don't buy in our country. Sad you rip off the thai like that

Located in Central Plaza Khon Kaen. Very convenient. Wide selections. Prices not too bad. Pay for convenience a bit more. Caution about fresh meats. Displayed on ice and refrigerated. Even when purchased before expiration date, meats were spoiled. Returned with no problem. But, with no concern or consideration. Customer empathy lacking. New Makro meats are very fresh. Drive the extra kilometers.
